This parameter controls how the module behaves when it is opened from the user menu, i.e. whether a module is opened several times or not.

Modifiable

• in the Work Areas module,
• provided that the modifying user possesses the required rights

Example

• User opens the resource overview and changes the resource structure code without saving.
• User opens the resource overview a second time.
  • Checkbox activated:
    • the already opened resource overview (with the non-saved changes) is displayed, the field is highlighted and the tab is marked with *.
  • Checkbox deactivated:
    • another resource overview (with the non-saved changes) is displayed. However, it is not recognizable that the change is not saved.
