Information

• This is an administration module for managing linkage data of projects which have been synchronized with PLANTA pulse.
• Depending on the call from the Synchronized Objects module, either all projects that have links are displayed here, or only the projects that do have links but for certain reasons do not yet have a corresponding object in PLANTA pulse.
• Identification data of the projects from both systems are displayed.
• The links can be deleted here, if necessary.
  • If the linkage of a project is deleted, the External system field in the Project Core Data module is emptied automatically to prevent automatic synchronization from being carried out again. The project is thus treated as if it had never been synchronized with PLANTA pulse in the first place. 

Caution

• This function should only be understood as a support and is to be used with caution. When doing so, you have to note the following: 
  • This only involves the deletion of links; the corresponding objects in PLANTA pulse are not deleted. 
  • The links themselves are not deleted recursively either. This means that deleting the linkage of an object does not result in the deletion of the linkage of subordinate objects. For this reason, in the event of the deletion of the links, all data and dependencies should be checked both in PLANTA project and PLANTA pulse and should be corrected if necessary, especially if hour postings already exist.
