Access

• Multi-Project Management → Reports → Cost Overviews panel → Budget and Costs by Customer, Group, Manager

Information

• In this module, cost budget, planned costs, actual costs, remaining costs, total costs as well as cost deviation of the projects are displayed grouped by several criteria (customer, groups, and manager).
  • The assignment of customers, managers, and groups to projects is done in the Project Core Data of the respective project.

Details module header

• The projects to be displayed in this module can be filtered using object filters.
  • If there already is an object filter, it can be selected from the listbox on the Filter field. After clicking on the Apply changes button, only projects which correspond to the filter are displayed.
  • You area, can edit existing object filters or create new ones in the Object Filter module which is opened via the Edit filter button.
  • If an object filter is selected in one of the modules which use object filters, it automatically takes effect in all other modules with object filters as well.

  
  

Data

• In the sum area, the sum values of all projects are output.
• On grouping level, the values of the respective group are displayed. They are the summarized values from all lower levels.
• On project level (display by extending the tree structure of the lowest grouping level), the values of the respective project from the current planning (DT461) will be displayed.
• A level lower, below the projects, the data (from the respective last released status report (DT823)) of the respective project is offered for comparison.
  • By clicking on the link in the Report status field of the required status report, the respective status report will be opened Status report module.

Note

• For structured projects, the summarized values of the entire project structure will be displayed.
