Access

• Multi-Project Management → Reports → Cost Overviews panel → Costs by Cost Type Groups/Month

Information

• In this module, costs and cost budget (Budget, Actual costs, Remaining costs, and Total costs) of the projects from the last released status report are displayed grouped by cost type groups.

Module Header

• Cost type groups are the first grouping level. The second grouping level is Code by default but can be changed if necessary.
  • For this purpose, select the required grouping criterion from the Group by listbox and subsequently click on the Apply changes button afterwards.
• The projects to be displayed in this module can be filtered using object filters.
  • If there already is an object filter, it can be selected from the listbox on the Filter field. After clicking on the Apply changes button, only projects which correspond to the filter are displayed.
  • You area, can edit existing object filters or create new ones in the Object Filter module which is opened via the Edit filter button.
  • If an object filter is selected in one of the modules which use object filters, it automatically takes effect in all other modules with object filters as well.

  
  

Data

• In the sum area, effort and budget data is displayed summed over all cost type groups.
• The sum values for effort budget and total effort are displayed in the form of pie charts segmented by cost type groups.
• By expanding the tree structure of the respective cost type group, the corresponding projects are additionally displayed grouped by Code. This grouping can be changed as described above.

Note

• For structured projects, the summarized values of the entire project structure will be displayed.
