This module provides a quick overview of the resources that are planned in the projects assigned to a program and have no Actual end date yet.
Revenue and cost resources (i.e. resources with resource type 8 and 9) are not displayed in the module.
The entire overview of all resources planned in the respective projects can be found in the Schedule module of the respective project.
In window 1, all projects assigned to the program are displayed with their tasks; in window 2, the assigned resources are displayed next to the respective tasks.
In this module, it is possible to distribute the planning of resources.
In order to edit resource parameters or insert new resources, you can switch to the panel of the respective project via the link on the project ID. For this purpose, the Schedule and Resource Plan modules are available there.
Distribute Planning
Right-click on the resource the effort of which is to be reduced and select the Insert resource for distribution or Insert →Resource for adistribution command.
The record for the new resource is inserted.
Select the resource to which the effort is to be distributed from the listbox.
Enter the required value in hours in the value to be distributed field and save.
Click on the Distribute effort at the lower margin of the module.
Result: the effort of the source resource is reduced and that of the target resource is increased.
