Information

  • The current module and the Check Resource Structure module are used for availability check.
  • In some cases, a department resource may have incorrect availabilities. E.g.:
    • a departmental resource has a summarized availability even though the child resources have no availability at all.
    • a departmental resource has a negative summarized availability.
  • They can only be removed by deleting and reentering start and end periods of the child resource and of the department resource.
  • Stop
    • If you delete start and end periods, already entered vacation and absence days will be deleted as well.
    • Start and end periods must never be deleted separately.
