Information

  • In this module, checklist templates are created and managed, which are used as a copy template when creating and assigning checklists to todo items (in the Todo Item module).

Procedure

  • By clicking on the Insert button in the toolbar or by selecting the Insert → Checklist context menu command, a blank record will be inserted.
  • Enter a checklist name.
    • As a result, the number is automatically generated in the Checklist field.
  • Select Subject area from the listbox of the same name.
  • Select Insert → Checklist item from the context menu to enter the individuals items.
  • Enter your text in the Checklist item field.
  • Add further items if necessary.
  • After saving, the new checklist can be used as a copy template.

Note

  • Checklists from checklist templates can only be assigned to the todo items in the Todo Item module, in which individual todo items are to be edited in the form of a data sheet.
  • Individual checklist items can be assigned to the todo items in the Todo Items, Schedule or Task modules.
