From DB version 39.5.0, open items have been renamed tasks. Hence the name of DT805 has changed accordingly. If you use a DB version < 39.5.0, please go to DT805OpenItemNotes.

Code (ID) of the project to which the todo item note is assigned.

Position number of the note is generated automatically. This number can be changed if necessary.

In this field the note or checklist item can be entered.

DI006513 Linked file

In this field you can create a link to a file.

Insert file

• Right-click on the Linked file field and select the Insert context menu command.
• Click on the Search button in the Insert hyperlink window.
• Select the required file and click on the Open button.
• Confirm with OK.
• Save.

Details

• It is also possible to directly insert files from, e.g., the Windows explorer or files attached to e-mails via Drag&Drop.

Here, you can define whether a checklist item or note is completed or not.

• - Checklist item or note is completed
• - Checklist item or note is not yet completed

Note

• If you activate the checkbox, the value in the % completed field will automatically be set to 100% and the Completed by: name, Completed by, Completed on fields will automatically be filled with the data of the logged-on user.

Here, you can select from the listbox how many percent of a particular checklist item are completed.

• If you set the value in the % completed field to 100%, the Completed checkbox will automatically be activated and the Completed by: name, Completed by, Completed on fields will automatically be filled with the data of the logged-on user.
