 Information

  • In this module, the department manager can have a look at the projects in which the defined approval limit is exceeded.
  • If the approval exceedance is no longer to be displayed, you can mark them as "read".

Module variants

BaseThe projects in which the approval limit is exceeded are displayed with the corresponding tasks and resource approvals or resource planning.
Approval exceedance which is marked as "read"

The approval exceedance which has already been marked as "read" will be displayed.

Approval exceedance which has been marked as read by changing the global settings will also be displayed here.

Details

  • In window 1, the projects in which the approval limit has been exceeded are displayed along with their tasks.
    • For each project/task, the approval values and the actually planned values are displayed.
  • In window 2, these values are displayed below the time scale.
    • The Remaining load values which exceed the approval limit will be displayed in red.
  • By activating the read checkbox, approval exceedance can be marked as "read".
    • If an approval exceedance is marked as read, it will be moved to the Approval exceedance which is marked as "read" module variant in the Approval Exceedance module.
    • The exceedance will then neither be displayed as a traffic light on the Remaining load field and the counter in the Number of projects with approval exceedance: will be adjusted.
    • If the approval limit is exceeded again by the project manager in another time grid, the approval exceedance is displayed as "new" again.
