- In order for multi-project managers to have reliable data on projects and resource utilization in projects, all projects (not only individual ones) must be calculated, since priorities among them are only taken into account when all projects are included in the calculation; i.e. of all projects which have common resources, those which have the highest priority will be loaded first and those which have a lower priority then receive the remaining capacity of the resources in question.
- In PLANTA project, a calculation of all projects, also called Replanning, can be carried out in the Replanning (Calculation of all Planning Objects) which can be found under Multi-Project Management → MPM Administration. You will find the procedure for carrying out a replanning in the description of the module.
