Access

• Project (Proposal) panel → Further... → Cost Reports link (if the planning object contains costs)

Information

• This module provides an overview of the most important cost and cost budget data of a project.
• It is a mere report module. Data cannot be edited.

Note

• All cost and cost budget values in this module are values summarized along the project structure, i.e. values of the selected project and of all of its subprojects (if available).

Cost Trend

Information

• In the Cost Trend area, the cumulated total costs from the released status reports are displayed graphically.
  • Here, only data of those status reports are displayed for which the Cost Trend Analysis checkbox is activated in the Configure Trend Analysis module.

Details

• The tooltip on the monthly values shows report, date and respective value.
• By clicking on the monthly value, the appropriate status report is opened.
• By clicking on the Cost Trend Analysis link, you switch to the module of the same name.

Cost Budget and Total Costs by Cost Type Groups

Information

• In the Budget and Total Costs by Cost Type Groups, the cost budget and the total costs from the current planning of the project are represented graphically (three different graphics) by cost type group.

Costs per Resource

Information

• In the Costs per resource area, the total costs per resource from the current planning are represented graphically and period-related.

Revenues per Resource

Information

• In the Revenues per resource area, the revenues per revenue resource from the current planning are represented graphically and period-related.
  • By clicking on the Total Costs and Revenues of the Project link, you switch to the module of the same name.

Costs by Structure

Information

• In the Costs by structure area, budget and costs (planned, actual, remaining, total, as well as deviation values) from the current planning are displayed for all project levels.
