- You will find the Python ID of the required module in the Python ID field in the Global Settings module.
- If the Python ID of the required module is not available, it must be defined and saved in the above mentioned module.
DI041213 Data area
The DA-Python-ID of the data area, which needs to be edited in order to complete the process step, is entered here. This field may only be filled if a particular data area of the module is to be edited, the Python ID of which has already been entered in the Module field. If you select the Focus todo item context menu command in the Process Status module, you will be redirected to the linked module and the corresponding data area will be unhidden.

- You will find the Python ID of the required module in the DA Python ID field in the Data Areas module.
- If the Python ID of the required data area is not available, it has to be defined and saved in the above mentioned module. Only then you can write in the Data area field.
DI041231 Check rule ID
ID of the check rule. For description, see DI041233.
DI041233 Check rule
Name of the check rule. In this field, process rules of the “check rule" rule type are assigned to the required process step or already assigned process rules are displayed.
- Process rules themselves are created in the Process Rules module and divided by rule types
- Besides process rules of the "check rule" rule type, there are also process rules of the "Action" rule type, which can be assigned to the required process steps in the Process action field.

- Several process rules are already included in the scope of supply of PLANTA project.
- They can be adjusted according to the customer’s requirements.
DI041236 Data field
The DF Python ID of the field which must be edited in order to complete the process step is entered here. This field may only be filled if a particular field of the module is to be edited, the Python ID of which has already been entered in the Module field. If you select the Focus task context menu command in the Process Status module, you will be redirected to the linked module where the corresponding data field is focused.

DI057772 Class
Name of the process step class. Process steps can be categorized by means of the Class parameter.

Values
- no entry: the process step is a normal (project-specific) process step
- Submission: the process step is a submission process step. As a result of this step, the normal process steps are submitted for approval.
- Approval: the process step is an approval process step. As a result of this step, the normal process steps are approved.
Note
- Besides the regular process steps, each phase must contain at least one submission and one approval process step.
DI057818 Parent process step: Click on the ID
Here, the ID of the parent process step can be entered.
Note
- The corresponding data field is hidden by default but the user can have it displayed if required.

DI059090 Process action
Name of the process action In this field, process rules of the "action" rule type are assigned to the required process step or already assigned process rules are displayed.

- Besides process rules of the "action" rule type, there are also process rules of the "check rule" rule type, which can be assigned to the required process steps in the Process action field.

- In order to enable the deletion of a particular process step, you must additionally activate the Deletion allowed parameter on process models level and the Deletion allowed parameter on phase level.
DI063274 Placeholder
Here you can can specify a resource which can be inserted automatically as a completion resource for a process step when selecting the Insert predefined resource command on this process step.
- A resource ID from DT467 can be used as an entry here or a Python ID of a DI from DT461 which contains a resource ID (e.g. pr_manager).
