Access

  • Menu Extras → Change Startup Modules → Change Startup Modules

Information

  • In this module the user can define which modules are automatically opened when starting the program or when clicking on the Extras → Home menu item. The user-defined settings can also deviate from the default settings which have been made by the administrator.
  • The administrator defines which modules are available here for selection as startup modules. The user can only define whether, and if so, which modules are loaded upon start.
  • There is a startup module for each role assigned to the user.

Procedure

  • Activate or deactivate the Load startup module checkbox for the required roles.
  • Save.
  • You can see the changes after restart.

Notes for administrators

  • In order for the user to be able to define him/herself in this module for which roles the specified modules are loaded, the following conditions must be met:
    • In the MOD field (Startup macro) in the Users module no fixed startup macro must be defined for the required user but macro 009A1W (startup of all role modules) which causes the role startup modules to take effect.
    • In the Roles module, startup modules must be predefined in the MOD (role startup MOD) field for all roles concerned.
