Idea Panel

Access 1: Open the panel to view or edit an existing idea.

• Click on the ID of the required idea in various modules in which ideas are listed (e.g. My Planning Objects).

Access 2: Open the panel to create a new idea. As a result, the empty Idea Core Data module is opened, in which the basic data of a new idea can be created.

• Employee → Create idea → New Idea link
• Project Management → Planning → New Idea link
• Portfolio Managment → Create Planning Object → New Idea link
• Portfolio Management → Planning and Reports → Planning Objects with Bubble Charts → Ideas → New Idea button
• Portfolio Management → Planning and Reports → Planning Objects Grouped → Create planning object button → in the Idea dialog window

Information

• The Idea panel contains view and editing modules concerning the selected idea.
  • Ideas are a planning object type in PLANTA project. For further information, please see Definition of Planning Objects.
• Whether data in the modules can only be viewed or whether it can be edited as well depends on the user’s rights.
