Program Panel

Access 1: Open the panel to view or edit an existing program

• Program Management → Planning → Multi-Program Board panel → Programs → Click on the ID of the required program
• Multi-Project Management → Program Planning → Multi-Program Board → Programs → Click on the ID of the required program

Access 2: Open the panel to create a new program. As a result, the empty Program Core Data module is focused.

• Multi-Project Management → Program Planning → New Program link
• Program Management → Planning → New Program link
• Portfolio Management → Planning and Reports → Planning Objects with Bubble Charts → Programs → New Program button
• Portfolio Management → Planning and Reports → Planning Objects Grouped → New Planning Object button → in the Program dialog window
• Portfolio Management → Create Planning Objects → New Program

Information

• The Program panel contains view and editing modules for the selected program.
  •  Programs are a planning object type in PLANTA project. For further information, please see Definition of Planning Objects.
• Whether data in the modules can only be viewed or whether it can be edited as well depends on the user rights.
• If the Dashboard module contains data, it will be focused when opening the Program panel, otherwise the Program Core Data module will be focused.
