Login and Logout

Procedure

In the browser, enter https://xxx.plantapulse.de (replace xxx with your own domain).
Depending on the login setting either
- press the button Azure login and login with your user data or
- enter your user data into the login mask.
Click Sign In.
PLANTA pulse opens.
By default, the Boards panel opens.
- The home page can be configured in the User Settings → General or in the Administration panel, if needed.

Information

After the first login in PLANTA pulse, a pop-up window appears asking the user to complete their profile.
Afterwards, a second pop-up window is displayed which offers three options for starting to work with PLANTA pulse:
- Explore Demo Project
  - With this option, a demo project with a Welcome Board will be created, which contains useful information on working with PLANTA pulse.
- Create First Board
  - This option will start an interactive tutorial where the user will learn how to create a board.
- Quick Start
  - With this option, no further assistance will be given and the user can start working with PLANTA pulse right away.

Note

If needed, the interactive tutorial and the demo project can also be started later in the Getting Started tab of the Help (Menu → ).

Demo Project

The demo project is created for the user and is only visible to this user.
It contains a Welcome Board and an example of a board template.
The Welcome Board contains cards which inform the user about the features of PLANTA pulse and help the user to get started.
The board also offers the opportunity to try out the features and get to know PLANTA pulse better using the cards.
No other users can be invited to the Welcome Board.

Logout

Procedure

Open the User Menu via the user avatar in the upper right corner of the home bar.
Click Log Out to log out of PLANTA pulse.
