  • A WYSIWYG editor was introduced and can now be used for example in card descriptions or comments.
    • In the User Settings, users can define whether they want to use the WYSIWYG or the Markdown editor by default.

Features

  • You can now add descriptions to labels. It is displayed as a tooltip at the label.
  • The link to the PLANTA pulse documentation was moved and can now be accessed via the in the program menu.
  • In the User Settings, users can now find an interactive tour in which they can learn how to create their first board.
  • Via a link in the User Menu, users now have the possibility to review PLANTA pulse.
  • If saasSettings should be included in the Meteor Settings of a system, certain settings in the Administration panel are now being hidden.
    • To prevent this, the corresponding parameters can be set to false in the setting hideFeatures.

Bug fixes

  • An error that the option "No Category" was not displayed when users without project admin rights wanted to convert a note into a board was fixed.

Features

  • Several improvements were made in the Administration panel:
    • In the area Application Logs, the logs of the application can be viewed and deleted, if needed.
    • The boards of the system are now displayed in a separate Boards tab.
    • The projects and the boards of the system can now be filtered and sorted by various criteria (e.g. ID or creation date) in their tables.
      • Global admins can now also delete boards which are synchronized with tasks in PLANTA project or which contain time recordings.
    • In the new Integrations tab, the PLANTA Hybrid subscriptions of the system are displayed.
      • They can be filtered, sorted and deleted, if needed.
  • When using the extended time recording for PLANTA Hybrid, the presence time can now also be recorded in PLANTA pulse.
    • If you want to record presence time in PLANTA pulse, this requires at least the Stable 3 of Server 39.5.29 of PLANTA project.
  • In the Pinboard view of the Dashboard panel, the cards can now be searched. Furthermore, the performance of the view was improved.

Features

  • The time recording function in PLANTA pulse was completely redesigned:
    • The My Time Recording panel was renamed to Time Recording panel and redesigned:
      • The clarity of the design was improved both in the desktop and in the mobile view.
      • Cards to which the user is assigned are now displayed in the Time Recording panel with information on the board and project.
      • Cards to which the user is not yet assigned can be searched via the search in the Time Recording panel to record hours worked on them.
      • Cards on which hours worked need to be recorded regularly can be marked as time recording favorites.
    • Users can choose whether they want to record their hours worked in the HH:MM format or in decimal format.
    • When an internal domain has been set, external users cannot access the time recording in PLANTA pulse anymore.

Features

  • In the User Settings, an option was added to define whether the target board should be opened after copying or moving a card.
  • Times on cards can now also be added in the format h:mm (e.g. 8:00).
  • When the title for a new card/list has been written, it cannot accidentally be deleted by clicking anymore. Via ESC the process can be canceled and via Enter the card/list can be created.
  • When adding or removing a label on a card and when moving a card into another swimlane, activities are displayed in the sidebar now.
  • It is not possible to remove the own admin rights in the Administration panel anymore.

  • The last viewed boards and cards are now saved and can be accessed directly via the menu on the left under Recently Viewed.
