DI024408 License
Number of the server license (PLANTA license)
DI025112 System title

Details
For the procedure for creating/changing the system title, please see License and System Parameters.
DI026510 System calendar
Here, the calendar which is used system-wide is displayed or can be selected. The calendar entered here is used during scheduling by default, provided that no deviating calendar is defined for particular objects (task, link, resource).
Note
On the respective field in the License and System Parameters module, input is only possible via listbox, so that no invalid values that may prevent the execution of particular actions, e.g. schedule calculation, can be entered.

DI059024 License level
Information
In this field, the following information on the license are displayed:
the validity of the license file
whether PLANTA secure is active or inactive
the licensed components and the level
The components displayed depend on the license.
The information on the PLANTA project and PLANTA portfolio components is only available if these components have actually been licensed.
The way in which this information is presented depends on the license model:
If you have selected the "By number of named users" model, this field contains the Named users entry with the number of licensed users (only active users are counted).
If you have selected the "By number of reference objects" model, this field contains the PLANTA project or PLANTA portfolio entry or both with the number of respectively licensed reference objects.
PLANTA link, PLANTA MSP link and PLANTA customizer are always listed.
However, no number of licensed objects is specified for these components, only whether the respective component has been licensed (entry "100000" or "500000") or not (entry "0"). The number of objects actually used is still counted, but the limit can virtually never be exceeded due to the high default setting.
For PLANTA link, the configurations for the fast creation of employee data is not included in the count.
Languages are only displayed if another language than German has been licensed. The language and the number of actual users are only displayed in this language.
Reference objects with the following figures are listed under the respective component ( Exception: languages. See the entry above.):
Two absolute numbers separated by "/":
First number: number of actually used objects
Second number: number of licensed objects
Percentage in brackets: share of the actually used objects
Details
Next to the reference objects, the PLANTA data table from which they stem is specified. As some components can have several reference object types, the table entry provides more precise information about the reference object than just its mere name.
Caution
The components licensed by the customer and their volumes must be specified in the license.conf configuration file and stored on the server. This step is mandatory from Server 39.5.29.
If a customer-specific license file is stored, the server accesses the file stored by default by PLANTA with standard values which probably fall far below the volume licensed by the customer.
For more information, please contact your PLANTA consultant.
DI025113 Skin
DI025114 System currency
Defines the currency in which monetary values are stored in the database system-wide.
Values in currency fields are always stored in the database as raw numerical values in system currency – regardless of the field currency displayed on the user interface.
If the field currency of a value differs from the system currency, the value entered in the user interface is automatically converted to the system currency when saved. Therefore, the value displayed in the interface may differ from the value stored in the database.
Details
The system currency is set in the field in the License and System Parameters module.
The currency format for individual currency fields can be defined by specifying the currency format at the skin, user, data table, or data field level, see Formats.
