Information

Each user can change his/her password him/herself at any time.
If a user has forgotten his/her password, it can be reset by a PLANTA administrator.

Change password directly

Extras → Change password menu items
Enter the old and the new password and confirm the new password in the dialog box which will be opened.

An empty password field will not be accepted!
Confirm the following Your password has been changed successfully message with OK.
From the next login on, the user will have to use the new password.

Change Password via Reset

If a user has forgotten his/her password, he/she informs the administrator who then resets the forgotten password and generates a new one.
The temporary password will be sent to the user via e-mail to his/her e-mail address stored in the system or by other means.
Upon your next login you will have to enter your temporary password and immediately change it in the dialog box which will be opened.
