Synchronized Objects (Jira) MOD009D6V
Access
- PLANTA link role → Jira Interfaces → Data Maintenance panel → Synchronized Objects
Information
- In this module, all PLANTA objects which are already linked to Jira are displayed grouped by object category.
- Next to the categories, counters for all objects of the respective category which are linked or yet to be synchronized are displayed.
- Links to the sub-modules are implemented on the counters, which show all links of the respective category with the identification data of the objects.
- You can switch to the respective issues in Jira via the link symbol in the respective link line in the Tasks category.
- The individual links can be deleted here, if necessary.
Notes
- If you delete the link of a PLANTA object here, it will be treated as if it had never been synchronized with Jira in the first place.
- Deleting links also triggers automatic adjustments in the user modules in order to prevent automatic synchronization from being carried out again. Depending on the nature of the deleted link (project, task, user), the following adjustments are made:
- The External system field in the Project Core Data module is emptied.
- The Jira checkbox for the respective task in the Schedule module is deactivated.
- The Synchronize with Jira checkbox in the Users module (Synchronization module variant) is deactivated.
