Synchronized Objects (PLANTA pulse) MOD009CYX

Access

Information

  • This module shows statistics on the PLANTA project objects which are already linked with PLANTA pulse grouped by object category.
  • Next to the categories, counters for all objects of the respective category which are linked or yet to be synchronized are displayed.
  • On the counters, links to the submodules are implemented which display all objects which have links or only the objects which do have links but have no corresponding object in PLANTA pulse yet.
  • The individual links can be deleted in the submodules if necessary.

Note

  • If you delete the link of an object in the submodules, it will be treated as if it had never been synchronized with PLANTA pulse in the first place.
    • Deleting links also causes automatic adjustments in the user modules to prevent automatic synchronization from being carried out again. Depending on the nature of the deleted link (project, task, user), the following adjustments are made:
      • The External system field in the Project Core Data module is emptied.
      • The PLANTA pulse checkbox for the respective task in the Schedule module is deactivated.
      • The Synchronize with PLANTA pulse checkbox in the Users module (Synchronization module variant) is deactivated.

Caution

  • This function should only be understood as a support and is to be used with caution. When doing so, you have to note the following:
    • This only involves the deletion of links; the corresponding objects in PLANTA pulse are not deleted.
    • The links themselves are not deleted recursively either. This means that deleting the linkage of an object does not result in the deletion of the linkage of subordinate objects. For this reason, in the event of deletion of the links, all data and dependencies should be checked both in PLANTA project and PLANTA pulse and should be corrected if necessary, especially if hour postings already exist.
