Logging and Error Analysis in PLANTA Hybrid
For information
This chapter describes how log information can be analyzed in the context of PLANTA Hybrid.
Since PLANTA Hybrid is based on (web) interfaces, the general logging mechanisms for interfaces and web interfaces apply initially.
Log types in PLANTA Hybrid
Information
PLANTA Hybrid logs can be viewed at different positions.
Details
Logs on particular objects
The Hybrid Protocol Actions module contains the requests that are sent to an external system for an object.
It can be opened by clicking on the
icon next to an object in the User Synchronization and Hybrid Protocol modules.
General web interface logs
General interface logs
Depending on the configuration of the Log type, the interface logs are stored in a log file on the server or in a PLANTA table.
Server gog: The log file can be found in the log folder of the PLANTA Server. The name is composed of the name of the interface as well as the UUID.
PLANTA table: The logs can be viewed in the Logging module.
PLANTA pulse logs
In the Administration panel → Settings tab → Application logs, the logs can be viewed on the part of PLANTA pulse.
Remove links of synchronized objects
For information
In some cases, it may be necessary to remove the link to a synchronized object, for example, if an object was synchronized accidentally.
This option is available in the Synchronized Objects module.
Here, the individual synchronized objects can be opened in the respective submodules, where the link can be removed.
