Information
- In this module, the vacation or absence of all resources of the department to which the employee him/herself belongs or for which he/she has been defined as person responsible is displayed.
- If the employee is defined as person responsible by the entry in the Responsible for department parameter, the resources of this department are displayed here.
- If the employee is not defined as person responsible, all resources of the department to which he/she belongs are displayed here. This is controlled via the Parent resource parameter.
Details
- In the left window, all department resources are listed.
- In the right window below the time scale, the entered vacation or absence data is displayed per day,
- by colored highlighting: vacation - orange, absence - green, and in addition
- by having the values of 0.5 or 1 displayed for half a day or an entire day of vacation or absence.
- The display period for vacation/absence data extends from the beginning of the current year up to the end of the current year. If necessary, you can scroll to the previous or following years via the arrow buttons in window 1. In window 1, the total of vacation or absence days is displayed per selected year.
- You can only scroll to years in which the department resource has period records.
