Access - Portfolio Management → Planning and Reports → Multi-Portfolio Board → Portfolios → Click on the ID of the required portfolios → Dashboard → Assign Planning Objects to the Watchlist button in the Watchlist area → Assign Planning Objects to the Watchlist

Information- This module is an auxiliary module and therefore it has no stand-alone function. It is used to include new planning objects in the watchlist.
- The module shows all planning objects which have not yet been included in Watchlist .

Add Planning Objects to the Watchlist- Activate the Select checkbox for the person who is to be assigned as a stakeholder and click on the Assign selected objects button.

The planning objects can only be removed from the watchlist in the Dashboard module.
