Access

• Project (Proposal) panel → Project Core Data (Proposal Core Data) → Assign stakeholder button in the Stakeholder area → Assign stakeholder to the planning object
• Program (Proposal) panel → Program Core Data → Assign stakeholders button in the Stakeholder area → Assign Stakeholder to the Planning Object

Information

• This module is a dialog module and therefore it has no independent function. It is used to assign several persons to a project/proposal/program/request as stakeholders.
• Here all person resources (resources with resource type = 1i / 1e)
  • which possess the Stakeholder person property and
  • have not yet left the company are offered for selection.

Procedure

• Select the required resources by activating the Select checkbox.
• Click on the Assign selected objects button.
