Information
- In this module, the department manager is provided with an overview
- of the employment of employees of his/her own department in projects of other departments and
- of the employment of employees of other departments for projects of his/her own department .
Module variants

Who else have my employees worked for?
The following will be displayed from the first person perspective of the logged-on department manager in this particular hierarchic order:
- Cost center of my department
- Resources (internal/external employees) of my department who have worked for external projects
- External projects for which my resources have worked (only regular projects, no overhead cost projects)
- Tasks of external projects for which my resources have worked
- Actual hours recorded on external projects by my resources
- Tasks of external projects for which my resources have worked
- External projects for which my resources have worked (only regular projects, no overhead cost projects)
- Resources (internal/external employees) of my department who have worked for external projects
Details
- External projects are those projects the cost center of which is not the cost center of my department. The cost centers of the project is defined in the respective Project Core Data, the cost center of the department is defined in the Resource Data Sheet of the department resource.
- Recorded actual hours are displayed for a period going back one year from the first day of the previous month until today. The display of the time scale will automatically be reduced to the display of existing data.
Which employees from other departments have worked for me?
This display is not included in the base but in the Work Reporting of Resources of other Depart. to the Projects of my Cost Center module variant.

Details
- Resources of external departments are those resources the cost center of which is not the cost center of the projects of my department. The cost centers of the projects is defined in the respective Project Core Data, the cost center of the resources is defined in the Resource Data Sheet.
