Information
- In the Programs module, all programs are displayed.
Details
- All ideas are displayed grouped by Planning Objects without Portfolio Assignment and Planning Objects with Portfolio Assignment.
- Under Planning Objects without Portfolio Assignment, programs which have not yet been assigned to a portfolio will be displayed.
- Under Planning Objects without Portfolio Assignment, programs which have already been assigned to a portfolio are displayed.
- The bubble chart provides an evaluation of proposals by risk value and objective contribution.
- The risk values and objective contributions required for the analysis must be detected for each individual program (in the Program Core Data module).
- The bubble size is determined by the NPV of the program.
- When you move the mouse cursor over a bubble, a tooltip appears that contains name, ID, and NPV of the program.
- When you click on the ID of the required project or the corresponding bubble, you can switch directly to the Program panel of the project in which, depending on the user's rights, data can be edited or be viewed only.
- By clicking on the New proposal button, you can switch to the Proposal panel with the focused empty Program Core Data module in which you can create a new program.
Authorizations
- Only users with multi-project manager, multi-portfolio manager, and multi-project/request manager rights can create new programs from this module.
