Information

  • In this module you can enter vacation, absence days, and absence reasons and have them displayed in the annual calendar.
    • You can also enter half days of vacation and absence.
  • You can write comments on absence details or have them displayed.

Details

  • You can scroll to the next or previous year using the arrow buttons.
  • The fields
    • in which you enter vacation will be highlighted in yellow.
    • in which you enter absence will be highlighted in green.

Enter absence

  • Select the absence type from the listbox on the required date field.
  • Save.

Write comment

  • Right-click on the required date.
  • Select the Display → Comment context menu command.
  • Write a comment in the Comment field.
  • Save.

Note

  • The values you have entered are automatically summarized to two categories (absence and vacation) and are displayed above the calendar. You cannot make any manual entries in this area.
