- Employee → Own Planning → Employee Board → Absence
Information
- In this module you can enter vacation, absence days, and absence reasons and have them displayed in the annual calendar.
- You can also enter half days of vacation and absence.
- You can write comments on absence details or have them displayed.
Details
- You can scroll to the next or previous year using the arrow buttons.
- The fields
- in which you enter vacation will be highlighted in yellow.
- in which you enter absence will be highlighted in green.
Enter absence
- Select the absence type from the listbox on the required date field.
- Save.
Write comment
- Right-click on the required date.
- Select the Display → Comment context menu command.
- Write a comment in the Comment field.
- Save.
Note
- The values you have entered are automatically summarized to two categories (absence and vacation) and are displayed above the calendar. You cannot make any manual entries in this area.
