Information
- This module provides an overview of all master milestones and milestones of the selected project and of its subprojects (if available).
- It is possible to define one of the project (of the main project in the case of structured projects) master milestones displayed here as a main milestone.
- Main milestones are used as reference points for the interval calculation of the master milestones to the other master milestones.
Details
- Summary tasks (phases), milestones, and master milestones are displayed graphically as a bar chart and master milestones are additionally displayed as gates on a horizontal axis directly below the time scale.
- On each master milestone symbol, the WBS code of the master milestone and the time interval to the main milestone date are specified (in weeks).
- The calculated duration (Calc. start to Calc. end) of the projects will be visualized
- by a dotted frame on main project level
- by a bar in the color of the project code on subproject level.
Note
- If the module is opened from a subproject, the associated main project is displayed along with it.
