Role Function and Tasks
Information
- Resource managers are responsible for the timely completion of all project-related tasks of their department.
- They ensure that work loads are distributed optimally among their employees and that there is a high and even utilization of resources in their departments.
- For this purpose, they identify free capacities and bottle necks and plan their employees in consideration of priority, skill, and availability.
