Information

  • In this module, all activities to be done (tasks, to-do items etc.) as well as absence and presence of the current employee are displayed in a week calendar form.
    • If you open the module, the current week is displayed by default. However, you can change to the earlier or later weeks or directly to the required week using the buttons at the top of the module.
  • In the Absence type field below the week day name, the presence and absence of the employee concerned.
    • If the field is gray, this means that the employee is present on this day or that this day is a non-working day (holiday).
    • If the field is orange, it means that the employee is absent because he or she has vacation. The vacation reason is then additionally displayed in the field.
    • If the field is green, it means that the employee is absent on this day. The reason for absence is displayed in the field.
  • Below the field containing presence and absence data the activities to be done by the employee (tasks, to-do items etc.) are displayed in a box.
    • Below the field containing presence and absence data, the activities to be done by the employee (tasks, to-do items etc.) are displayed in a box.
  • On the ID numbers of activities, there are links which lead to the corresponding editing modules (e.g. the Task module for tasks), where you can enter the completion status or edit other data, if necessary.

Types of activity by area

  • In the Project work area, tasks are displayed.
  • In the Todo items area, todo items are displayed.
  • In the Rsik measures area, risk measures are displayed.
  • In the Project process steps area, process steps are displayed.
  • In the Opportunity measures area, opportunity measures are displayed.
