Here you can enter from what date on the respective conversion factor item is to take effect.

The parameter can be edited in the following modules by users with modification rights:

DI000398 Factor value planned+remaining costs

Here, an internal hourly rate for actual and remaining effort is entered. This value is used to calculate internal (company internal) planned and remaining costs from planned and remaining effort during the calculation of the schedule.

Details

  • Internal costs are costs that actually incur and that are only used for internal purposes.
  • External costs are costs that are invoiced externally.

Notes

  • The terms internal and external in conversion factos and the respective fields in costs (e.g. Remaining costs internal) must not be confused with the similar sounding cost type groups ( Internal costs / External costs ). The latter are only PLANTA demo cost type groups and can also be renamed by the customer.
  • In PLANTA standard, only internal costs are listed in the user modules. If you also want to have external (non-company) costs displayed, the corresponding fields must be added individually to the modules by the customizer.

DI006427 Factor value actual costs

Here, an internal (company internal) hourly rate for actual effort is entered. This value is used to calculate internal planned Actual costs from Actual effort during the calculation of the schedule.
