Role Function and Tasks
Information
- The project team members are responsible for the timely completion of the tasks assigned to them.
- They post their hours worked on projects and make forecasts of effort deviations to be expected. With the help of reporting by project team members, the project manager can keep the planning up-to-date at all times.
- Project staff can furthermore create ideas
