- PM Administration → PMO: Control Modules → Data Maintenance → Check Summarized Availability
Information
- The current module and the Check Resource Structure module are used for availability check.
- In some cases, a department resource may have incorrect availabilities. E.g.:
- a departmental resource has a summarized availability even though the child resources have no availability at all.
- a departmental resource has a negative summarized availability.
- They can only be removed by deleting and reentering start and end periods of the child resource and of the department resource.
- Stop
- If you delete start and end periods, already entered vacation and absence days will be deleted as well.
- Start and end periods must never be deleted separately.
Avoid the occurrence of incorrect availability
- Activate the Summarize periods checkbox for all child rand departmental resources.
