Information
In this module, all insights gained during project implementation can be systematically recorded in the form of lessons learned and measures/decisions.
While lessons learned highlight what worked well and where there is room for improvement, measures/decisions must be implemented in order to bring about concrete improvements or changes.
Details
All newly recorded lessons learned and measures/decisions are enabled by default for display in the Dashboard and for inclusion in status reports (Status module). This can be disabled in the respective data sheet (Lessons Learned or Measure/Decision).
Lessons Learned
Record Lessons Learned
Click on the
Insert lessons learned button in the Lessons Learned area. The Lessons Learned module, which contains information on lessons learned, is opened on the right-hand side of the panel.
Make a specification in the Category field.
Some fields are automatically filled with default values, but can be changed immediately after creation or at a later date.
Newly created lessons learned are automatically assigned a lessons learned ID.
Enter information or make specifications.
Save.
Edit Lessons Learned
In the Lessons Learned area, click on the ID of the required entry.
The Lessons Learned module is opened at the right margin in the panel.
Edit entry.
Save.
Measures/Decisions
Record Measures/Decisions
Click on the Insert measures/decisions button
in the Measures/Decisions area. The Measures/Decisions module which contains information on measures/decisions is opened at the right margin of the panel.
Make a specification in the Type field.

Newly created measures or decisions are automatically assigned a measure/decision ID.
Enter information or make specifications.
Save.
Edit measures/decisions
Click on the ID of the required entry in the Measures/Decisions area.
The Measures/Decisions module is opened at the right margin in the panel.
Edit entry.
Save.
Delete lessons learned or measures/decisions
Procedure
Right-click on any field of the entry you want to delete and select the Delete entry from the context menu.
Optionally you can mark the required entry and click on the delete button in the toolbar.
