Information

The data displayed for the selected operation generally corresponds to that in the Schedule module, but is reduced in scope and is edited as a form. Here, editing works in the same way as in the corresponding areas in the Schedule module, but with simplified data entry. New records can be added in a simple manner, e.g. via the plus button.

In this module, a task can be

  • parameterized, e.g. by defining particular basic parameters such as milestone or person responsible for the task or scheduling parameters such as splitting, etc.

  • scheduled, e.g. by specifying the duration, start and end dates, completion (progress), etc.

  • connected to other tasks via links. Linkage can only be carried out in table form.

  • be supplemented by tasks, documents, and notes for better traceability and documentation of the task.

  • Resources can be added to the task to subsequently plan them.

  • Costs and revenues of the task can be posted.

For description and details on individual items, please refer to the Schedule module.

PLANTA pulse Area

For information

  • In this area, a widget with the PLANTA pulse cards is displayed for the selected task if the task has been synchronized with PLANTA pulse. All synchronized tasks are listed as boards in the pulse Boards module and can be opened and edited there directly.

  • Furthermore the area contains information on the degree of completion of the respective PLANTA pulse cards.

Notes

  • This area is only displayed if the PLANTA pulse entry (PLANTA Hybrid) has been selected in the External system field in the Project Core Data of the project.

  • In the header area of the table, the information of the corresponding PLANTA pulse board is listed.

    • You can open the list of all members by clicking on a board member.

      • By clicking on next to a member you can filter by cards to which this very member is assigned.

    • Completed cards can be displayed if necessary.
