Information

  • In this module, all active projects (status = 1) are displayed. No overhead cost projects are displayed.

Details

  • All ideas will be displayed grouped by Planning Objects without Portfolio Assignment and Planning Objects with Portfolio Assignment.
    • Projects which have not yet been assigned to any portfolio will be displayed under Planning objects without portfolio assignment.
    • Projects which have already been assigned to a portfolio will be displayed under Planning Objects with Portfolio Assignment.
  • The bubble chart provides an analysis of the projects by risk value and objective contribution.
    • The risk values and objective contributions required for the analysis must be detected for each individual program (in the Project Core Data module).
    • The bubble size is determined by the NPV of the project.
  • When you move the mouse cursor over a bubble, a tooltip appears that contains name, ID, and NPV of the program.
  • By clicking on the ID of the required project or on the corresponding bubble, you can switch directly to the Program panel of the project in which, depending on the user's rights, data can be edited or be viewed only.
  • You can create a new project by clicking on the New project button. The Project panel is opened with blank, focused Project Core Data module in which basic data and key dates can be edited. Subsequently you can further edit the project via other panel modules.
