Access

• Project panel → Project Core Data → Click on the Synchronize button next to the External system field

Information

• This module is a dialog module and therefore it has no independent function. It is used to select tasks which are to be synchronized with PLANTA pulse or Jira.
• When you open the module, the tasks of the project which have not yet been synchronized with PLANTA pulse or Jira are displayed.
  • No (master) milestones or summary tasks are displayed in the module since they cannot be synchronized.

Procedure

• Activate the Relevant for external system checkbox for tasks which are to be synchronized.
  • As a result, only tasks which have not yet been synchronized will be displayed.
• Click on Synchronize.
