Information

• In this module, you can create systems which are responsible for the execution of projects.
  • The systems created here can subsequently be assigned to the projects/proposals/ideas in the Project Core Data/Proposal Core Data/Idea Core Data modules for cost allocation.
  • You can assign multiple systems to a project/proposal/idea on which costs can be distributed on a percentage basis.

Create System

Procedure

• Insert a blank data record using the Insert button or the Insert → System context menu command.
• Enter an ID for the new system in the System field.
• Allocate a system name in the System name field.
• Fill the Person responsible name and System budget fields.
• Save.

Insert System Note

Procedure

• Right-click on the required system.
• Select the context menu command Insert → System note
• Enter your text in the Note field.
• You can attach a document in the Linked file field.
