Role Function and Tasks
Information
- The multi-project manager’s core task is the coordination of several/all individual projects.
- The portfolio manager will place special emphasis on an optimal realization of strategic company goals.
- In single project analysis, multi-project managers should also identify resource conflicts across projects in good time in order to be able to take appropriate measures for optimization.
- Multi-project managers are also responsible for strategic project planning. They, e.g., define dates and carry out risk management.
