E-Mail Notifications

  Information

• A user can receive notifications about certain activities via e-mail.
• To do so, the option needs to be activated in the User Settings.

Procedure

• Open the Notification Settings via the menu → User or via the User Menu → User Settings.
• Activate the sliders in the column E-Mail for the individual activities.

Notes

• For e-mails to be sent, a mail server needs to have been configured in the Administration panel → Settings tab.
• In the Notification Settings, users can use the E-Mail Notification Frequency to configure for how long notifications are collected before they are being sent as a summarized e-mail.
  • By default, the global value configured in the Administration panel → Settings tab is used.
