Files Tab

Information

• The Files tab of the Administration panel contains information on the files upload to the PLANTA pulse system.

Access path

• Menu → Administration → Files

Details

• Via the checkbox in the upper left of the table, all files can be selected and deleted, if needed.
• In a table, the files of the system are listed with the following information:
  • Board ID
  • Card ID
  • File ID
  • Title
  • File Size (KB)
  • Added on
  • User
  • Migrated
  • Uploaded to FS
  • Uploaded to DB
• By default, the files are sorted by their creation date, i.e. the newest files are displayed at the top.
  • By clicking on the table headers, the table can be sorted by the individual criterion.
• The files can be filtered by entering search terms in the fields of the first row.
• Via the button on the right side of the table, the data of the individual files can be viewed.
• Via the button on the right side of the table, files can be deleted.
