Information
- In this module you can create or edit variables for manual search lists (@M).
Details
- The module is subdivided into the Individual variables and Standard variables areas.
- In the area headings, the number ranges which are used for these variables are specified.
Create variable
- Right-click to insert an empty record via Insert → Individual Variable or Insert → Standard variable
- Enter the variable number in the Manual search list variable data field.
- If the variable in question is an individual variable, the number must lie within the individual number range > 1000.
- For PLANTA standard variables, the number range 1-999 is reserved.
- Describe the function of the global variable in the Comment data field.
- Possibly define the search behavior of the variable.
- Right-click on the newly created variable and select the Insert → List value context menu command.
- Enter the required value in the Value field.
- Insert further list value records and required list values.
- Save.
Note
- Newly created variables only become effective after the software has been restarted.
Insert manual search lists in the filter criteria
- The following projects, for example, are to be output in a list: 4711, 4811, 7000, and 8000. To do so,
- Create a variable for the manual list as described above.
- Insert list value records as described above and enter one of the projects per record in the Value field.
- Save.
- Enter the newly created variable in the required module at the respective data area in the Filter fromfield for the project.
