AI in PLANTA

In the PLANTA software, users can be supported in their work by AI at various points. The following page provides an overview of the various functions

Help Center Assistant

For information

  • In the Help Center, there is an AI assistant that can assist you with questions concerning PLANTA and project management.

Procedure

  • Click on in the user menu to open the Help Center.

  • Select the Assistant option.

  • Ask your question in the chat.

This function is only available in the Web Client and must be configured beforehand. Further information

Have the Schedule Generated by AI

Procedure

  • When you open the Schedule module, the following confirmation prompt is displayed: How do you want to create the new schedule?

  • Select the Create with AI option.

  • Enter further information in the dialog box if required.

  • Click on Generate.

  • The generated schedule is displayed.

  • Click on Apply to accept the proposal or click on Generate new to generate a new proposal.

    • By clicking on Reset, the schedule is emptied again.

This function is only available in the Web Client. An OpenAI API key must be stored in the Global Settings so that the function can be used.

If required, the prompt used can be adapted by a customizer in the Prompts module.

AI functions in PLANTA pulse

AI can also be used at various points in PLANTA pulse, for example when creating boards or checklists. For further information, please refer to the Online Help for PLANTA pulse
