Note

• Queries to the manager are answered by setting the Yes (answer) or No (answer) option.
• Risk checklist queries can be created and edited in the Risk Checklist module.

DI023284 Category name

In this field, the risk category name is displayed.

DI023285 Yes (answer)

Here, the manager can answer the query (check statement) of the risk checklist with Yes.

Values

• - the query (check statement) was answered with Yes
• - the query (check statement) was answered with No

Note

• Each query (check statement) can only be answered with Yes or No. Therefore, you can only make an entry in one of the two fields. See also No (answer).
• This field will be taken into account in the calculation of the risk value.

Here, the manager can answer the query (check statement) of the risk checklist with No.
