DI010420 Person ID
Technical ID of the person
Note
- This person ID is automatically generated when a new person is created in the Persons module and only serves for technical purposes. It must not be confused with the Code of the person which serves as actual ID when working in PLANTA project and which is also used as a user, resource, and stakeholder ID.
DI010433 Name
Last name of the person
The parameter can be edited in the following module by users with modification rights:
DI040096 Starting date
Starting date of the person in the company. When a new person is created, the field is automatically filled with the current date by default.

Date on which the person leaves the company

- If the Left on date of the person in the Persons module is filled, the set date is automatically adopted in the following parameters when saving:

First name of the person

DI010440 Gender code
Code (ID) of the gender of the person. For description, see Gender.
DI058125 Gender
Name of the gender of the person. In input mode, a listbox for selection of a basic gender will be displayed on the respective field.

DI010441 Title

DI024313 E-mail
E-mail address of the person
The parameter can be edited in the following module by users with modification rights:
Notes
- The e-mail address entered here is used for sending e-mails and also applies to the "User" and "Stakeholder" person attributes, e.g. for the dispatch of user passwords, regardless of which e-mail address is entered for the "User" and "Stakeholder" attributes. For the above mentioned reason, the e-mail address entered here is automatically copied to the "User" and "Stakeholder" person attributes when they are created.
Notes
- To use e-mail dispatch directly in PLANTA, you have to make sure that
- the e-mail addresses of all PLANTA persons concerned (sender and recipient) are specified in the E-mail field in the Persons module.
- the specified e-mail address is correct. E-mail addresses are not validated in PLANTA project, so in case you enter a wrong address, the recipient will not receive the e-mail.
- the global parameters required for e-mail dispatch are set in the Global Settings module.

DI027020 Code
Code of the person, also called ID. The person code is allocated manually for new persons and serves to automatically generate the user, stakeholder, and resource ID of the corresponding person. The code can, e.g., be formed from individual letters of last and first name, or it can be a combination of letters and numbers.
Note
If the user, stakeholder, and resource IDs have already been created using the code of the person, or if the resource of the respective person has been planned in projects, the code can no longer be changed manually but it must be changed in the Change Person ID module using a special ID change procedure.

Checkbox for marking the persons for which data was checked and completed
Details
- After LDAP import of person data from an Active Directory, you have to complete certain data that do not stem from the Active Directory. This parameter is used to mark the persons for which this has already been done.
- If persons are not imported from an AD but manually or via Fast Creation of Employee Data, the checkbox is already active by default.
- If LDAP import is started again, the checkbox is not updated, since in a reimport, only the data from the AD are updated, not the manually completed data.
