Absence (Department) MOD009AVH

  • This module provides the department manager with an overview of the vacation of the employees of the department per day.

Details

  • In the left window, all department resources are listed.
  • In the right window below the time scale, the entered vacation or absence data is displayed per day,
    • by colored highlighting: vacation - orange, absence - green and additionally
    • by having the values of 0.5 or 1 displayed for half a day or an entire day of vacation or absence.
  • The display period for vacation/absence data extends from the beginning of the current year up to the end of the current year. If necessary, you can scroll to the previous or following years via the arrow buttons in window 1. In window 1, the total of vacation or absence days is displayed per selected year.
    • You can only scroll to years in which the department resource has period records.

Notes

  • In this module you cannot enter any absence of individual employees.
  • The absence of the employees can be entered in the employee board of the respective employee in the Absence (MOD009BIC) module. To do so, the department manager must switch to the My Department module and then jump to the employee board of the required employee by clicking on the link on the name or on the code of the employee and finally activate the tab of the Absence module and record hours for the employee as set out in the module description.
