Access

• Project panel (Proposal) → Project Core Data (Proposal Core Data) → Show absence context menu command on the required stakeholder → Absence
• Resource Data Sheet → Show absence → Absence

Information

• In this module, vacation and absence of the selected resource (i.e. of the corresponding employee) is displayed from today’s date + 365 days by default. If the end of the planning horizon (End period) of the resource is earlier, data is displayed up to this date.
• This information can be helpful if, e.g., you want to delete periods of a resource and verify whether there are vacation or absence data in the period to be deleted, since they are irretrievably deleted when you delete the period.

Details

• In the left window shows the summarized values for absence (green field) and vacation (yellow field).
  • If you open the resource, absence and vacation will be displayed including comments per day.
• In the right window, the absence and vacation values are displayed per day below the time scale.
