Access
- Portfolio Management → Multi-Project Board → Portfolios → Click on the ID of a portfolio → Status → Click on the ID of a portfolio status report → Portfolio Status Report

Information
- In this module you can
- access the data of the selected status report of the selected portfolio.
- release and delete newly created reports as monthly reports.
- output portfolio reports as a PDF.
Details
- The data frozen in the selected status report is displayed in the Portfolio Status Report module, divided into two sections:
- Estimate
- manual estimates of the portfolio manager on different factors like, e.g., costs, dates, etc., as well as
- summarized status report data of those assigned planning objects for which the PSR checkbox has been activated at the time of creation of the portfolio status report.
- Assignment
- The planning objects assigned to the portfolio at the time of creation of the portfolio status report with the respective status reports the data of which form the basis of the selected portfolio status report.
- Estimate
Release Portfolio Status Report as a Monthly Report
Procedure
- Click on the Approve as monthly report button.
- Confirm the Status report cannot be changed after it has been released. dialog message Proceed? message with Yes
- As a result, the status report becomes a monthly report
Notes
- A released status report cannot be deleted.
- The release can only be canceled in the Check Status Report Creation And Project Applications module and only by users with multi-portfolio manager rights (if, e.g., another status report is to be released as a monthly report).
Delete Portfolio Status Report
Procedure
- Click on the Delete button.
- Confirm the Do you really want to delete this data? message with Yes.
- The status report will be deleted.
Notes
- Only status reports with "created" status can be deleted.
- If a released status report is to be deleted, the release must be canceled for the respective status report in the Check Status Report Creation and Project Applications module ( only possible for users with multi-portfolio manager rights and access to the Check Status Report Creation and Project Applications module).
Print Portfolio Status Report as a PDF
Display Portfolio Status Report as a PDF
- The Create PDF button.
- Confirm the Do you want the planning objects to be included in the PDF? message with Yes or No.
- No: The PDF document does not contain any details on the planning objects but only the information summarized in the portfolio.
- Yes: In addition, the PDF document contains concise variants of the status reports of each planning object assigned to the portfolio.
Technical details
- In the PDF version of the portfolio status report, the information from the portfolio is summarized concisely.
- If the Do you want the planning objects to be included in the PDF? message was answered with No, only information from the Portfolio Status Report module will be displayed.
- If the message was answered with Yes, compact variants of the status reports of each planning object assigned to the portfolio will be visualized in addition.
- The information originates from the indirect Project Status Report Compact MOD009C1F module in which the information on the individual planning objects is summarized.
- First the basic information of the planning object is displayed, like, e.g., name, manager ID, and status of the status report from which the data stems.
- The description stems from the core data module of the respective planning object.
- The information on costs and effort stems from the status report of the respective planning object.
- The milestone graphic stems from the dashboard of the respective project.
- The information originates from the indirect Project Status Report Compact MOD009C1F module in which the information on the individual planning objects is summarized.
