Access

• Project panel → Schedule → Post revenues/costs context menu command on a revenue resource in the required task

• Project panel → Schedule → Click on the link on the ID of the required task → Task → Post revenues/costs context menu command on a revenue resource

Information

• This module is a dialog module and therefore it has no independent function. It merely serves to record/post actual revenues for the selected task:

• When opening the module, the corresponding project and task are automatically preselected.

Procedure

• Use the Plus button to add a new record for recording revenue.

• Record date and actual revenues in the Actual revenues field and possibly write a comment.

• Save.
